I recently downloaded a free Verizon service - family protection plan. When I wanted to configure it, it asked for a administrator email and password, which according to the user manual you set up when you register the plan. Unfortunately there are no notes on how to register. How do you register and has anyone else had this problem?
The worst part is that the family protection plan has blocked all access to the internet until Rendering the laptop useless😭
