i have a question about my phone. I have a Droid razr m. It wont let me do anything. it keeps saying unfortunately (all apps) have stopped. everytime i click okay, it pops right back up... help???

Hello,
I have a complaint. I ordered a new smartphone and upgraded my old phone. I spoke with two people in customer service and they told me it would be an extra $10 a month and I could share the data with another smartphone that is on my plan. I received my phone and I called to see about the plan. They told me it was not going to be $10 more a month but $80 more a month. There are notes on my account indicating that I was quoted that my bill would only go up $10. I have been a member since 1996. I will be sending back the phone and looking to change my phone service.
