Support is terrible. Support agents don't understand English and they make you repeat the same info multiple times. I hate Verizon support in general.

Yes, Please do not disconnect my phone service,  I want to keep it on.  I can disconnected my account with Basic talk because my internet service does not take that. Thank You.

it says to many pattern attempts and ask for google account

can not use my phone, and do not remember any google account, nor the pattern
