I was chatting with a representative and was advised if I signed a two year renewal with Verizon fios at $122 I could call in and the phone support team would lower my bill to $106 a month. Well, when I called in they said there is nothing they can do. They were not willing to keep their employee’s promise. They told me they do not have access to chat messages through the app. In other words I am stuck in a 2 year contract with the wrong price. This is a complete scam and they probably get incentive off of you renewing a contract. I have screen shots of all messages and still nothing can be done. DO NOT GET VERIZON.

bait and switch.
