What card are you referring to? The VISA card for renewing your bundle? If so, it very clearly says it takes 3 months from the time of the order and receipt via UPS. I received my card exactly 3 months to the day after I re-upped my triple play. And the information you should have received, besides saying that it would take 3 months, provides a website source you can go to to check on the progress of delivery. As far as I know, there is nobody you can call that can provide you with any information on the status, you check via the web.

If you are referring to some other offer or deal, which one?

Not sure if you were planning to say more.....? Anyway, here is a link to a thread here on this very subject which might help:

I have about $70 left on my $345 card, no issues using in various restaurants and at the grocery store.

I got my $300 prepaid card after being signed up with VZ for 3 mos.  Interestingly enough the card came loaded with $366 and I spent it all except for $0.45.

Be aware that if you use thecard at a restaurant they put a hold on the amount of your bill + 20%, so when you get close to the end be sure you have an extra 20% of the bill left on the card or else the charge will be declined.

Yep, that is good info for others to see, I too have seen the extra 20% on my account. Then of course the actual amount is charged to your account, which could be more or less that the hold amount.

I thought mine coming with $345 on it was good but you certainly beat that by a wide margin.

You can't find anything to buy with that $0.45? What a waste..... Smiley Happy

A use for 45 cents?  Let's see...a toll on the highway?  extra tip for a waiter?  No no no...I've got it:  candy or a snack pack from a vending machine but one that will accept Visa debit cards?  Or how about laundry if you're using a coin operated machine?  lol...You never know. 🙂

Thank you Justin.  You really do give a lot of good information which helps me keep on top of everything with my Verizon account.   I just checked up on the status of my Verizion pre-paid debit card as well.

I noticed too that it gets shipped via UPS.  At first that seemed odd to me only because I have received debit and credit cards in the mail but they weren't pre-paid.  But if there is already money on it, i.e. an account balance, then UPS can have the customer sign for the pre-paid card to ensure that the card was received by the intended recipient for security reasons.
