Verizon Promotion

They told us we would have Amazon Prime and receive a free Echo. We were able to get the prime but its been 2 months and still no Echo, we have called Verizon over and over only to sit on hold for 40 min and only told to call Amazon. We call Amazon, Amazon says pay with your card. We call Verizon back only to sit on hold for 45 min again and then get hung up on. We are very angry at this point. We switched from Comcast for this and better deal, well the better deal went out the window when the installer added the channels we had with comcast and ..they didnt even fulfill the promotion. I will be reporting this to all social media available, Verizon did not fulfill there promises. I will continue to warn people about the scams  verizon is telling everyone to get them to switch. Lies, Lies, Lies.
