I was issued a Verizon Visa Prepaid card as an appreciation reward after selecting a Fios bundle in 2012. The card disappeared amid my other cards and paperwork and was likely never activated and used. Its expiration date was February 2013. It turned up recently and I have been trying to determine whether it still has recoverable value. I have had no success reaching any Verizon representative for resolution.
Can anyone put me in touch with someone to help me? The phone number and website resources on the back of the card have not been useful.
