If Verizon 'support' has an eMail address, please post the address. On the Verizon web page, there is no eMail contact option and the on-line 800 number advises wait times are between 8 HOURS and 12 HOURS. Issue: I received a notice informing me that my 'mobile' phone number will be used for all 'future' communications BUT the telephone cited is my 'copper' LAND LINE attached to a Touch-Tone standard desk phone.
The above link is a real verizon representatives. They are very good at assisting customers. The twitter feed is nice but many times its a round robin of actually getting that assistance. Read some of the twitter feeds and make your own decision.
