Verizon Took Away My "Valued Customer" Discount

Verizon raised my bill by 15$ so I called to find out why. Be it known that I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. Spoke to a very unhelpful person that explained that they took away my "valued customer" discount. Talked to three higher-up who all said sorry nothing they could do.

Called Comcast. Installation Tuesday.
