What is wrong with Verizon Wireless? Through their 800-customer service number, I notified them in July 2019 about the June 2019 death of a wireless customer. The customer service rep told me she would deactivate the cell phone that day, the day I called. However, she refused to give me a confirmation number. Here it is November 2019 and Verizon Wireless continues to send monthly bills to the DECEASED person. Suggestions??? About ready to file written complaint with the FCC.
