Came home to lots of flags and paint in our yard and a note from Verizon stating they were doing some digging in our yard for a neighbor's service. I can see where they dug and they clipped the underground fence wire for our pets. This will cost us a couple hundred dollars to repair, which should be on Verizon since they were on our property. Has anyone else had a similar issue and, if so, could you tell me the best way to reach Verizon? Thank you! I'm waiting on a call back from the generic Fios CS line right now but I'm not very hopeful they will be able to help me.
