My fios home phone and internet were out since last Monday when the technician was supposed to show up last Thursday he never showed up a so called tyrone. The guy called two hours into the appointment wait time claiming that he called and knocked on my door and that no one was hme when I told him we were home all morning the guy literrally said that he wasn't here and hung up the phone total clown.
So then a tech showed up Saturday claiming that it was possible that we may be charged if the equipment verizon gave us was damaged he wound up not being able to do anything because he didn't have access to the basement and said that someone would show up Monday to repair our service. At exactly a week later after the service went down a couple of technicians showed up and finally got my fios home phone and internet to work again.
