Verizon is not able to move my services within the same zip code for 10 days

I recently moved to my address.

Before the move, I called the Verizon on 11-9 and scheduled my phone, TV and Internet service move to my new house. I am told that a technician would show up on 11-17 between 12 to 4 pm. Nobody showed up and when I called to find out what happened, Verizon could not locate the Order (I had an order number).

Today is 11-18 and they are still trying to sort out what happened with my original order and also my new order does not seem to be going anywhere.

After more than 2 hours on the phone, talking to various people, I am still left with no solution, no date for a possible solution and no phone, cable or internet.

What a service! What a service!

Congratulations Verizon, this is lowest I have ever seen so far with any service I have received from any company.
