Verizon's website never works

Long ago I used to do everything through Verizon's site, but not I can't do anything. Since many months ago i can't add/change services to my phone plan, check for availability of DSL to any phone it always says it is unavaiable ( even to my phone in which I have DSL), can't change change my DSL plan; all those things return either a blank page, a page telling to call my local office or just a page saying they are sorry. Is it that the site has been "semi-down" for so long or are the somehow blocking m computer from using their site?.
