Customer billing issues and questions about packages and bill

Extremly overpriced and not worth the money. Will contact you 1000 times a day when the bill is due but when your discounts are running out you have to click into a thousand screens to even see what your discounts are. Everytime you call you have the best availble package and you call to lower your bill and all they try to do is upsell you. WHAT A JOKE!!! I can't wait until my contract is up.

I agree.  Cannot wait until my contract is up too!  Count me in as another very unhappy customer.

That's the real unfortunate part. I've been with Verizon for 8 years and they used to be a lot better in regards to technical support and customer service than they are these days. People I know who have Comcast do a lot of complaining and are surprised when I tell them that the grass isn't greener with Verizon. It's a shame.
