Verizon won't commit to fix broken micro duct in condo building repeatedly

Have ordered to move my service from my old condo in Jersey to one in New York.

When the technician arrived, he said there is a problem in snaking the fibre cable from the condo unit (with the microducts) all the way to the main floor electrical/telco closet where the main ONT is installed.

Supervisor does not want to give a dateline on when the microducts in the ceiling that were built by verizon contractors will be fixed just said to wait and all she can do is escalate to the network engineers. When asked who the engineers were for a contact to chase, all she said was Verizon is a multi-billion dollar company and does not give out contact details to customers to complain.

In short I'm flabbergasted by the remark by the supervisor, and cannot believe a multi-billion dollar company can possibly give such a remark to a customer.

Thanks Verizon, simply amazing customer service.
