I loved my IOBI. I went to FIOS and then went to Digital Voice. It was the worst mistake. I loved having my incoming calls displaying on my computer. 
Are there any plans for the Verizon FIOS customers to have like features. I really miss it! It takes forever to log in on Verizon Voice Mail and I don't remember my husbands account information, nor do I like using his account. I've grown accustomed to the quirks of the FIOS digital voice, the occassional screech and all but I not having IOBI has been difficult!
