I have made several attempts to pay my bill online, to no avail. Obviously website is having technical difficulties. Phone help was also not available. Being transferred back and forth after being on hold for long periods of time.
Me too...there is no problem with Verizon sending emails about paying your bill, but when you click on their link to pay your bill easily you go to an error page. I've tried signing in for the last 5 days and each time I get an error or the site times out. I guess they don't want my money very badly...
