I have had FIOS almost a year now and have had more outages than the 10 years I was with Comcast! Since August I have had my service interrupted three separate times and been without TV, Internet, and Phone for a total of 17 days! I have sent over a 120 minutes of my cell phone minutes trying to get my services restored. AND I have wasted 15 hours sitting at home waiting for a technician, which has spent no more than a total of 30 minutes restoring my service! WTH!!!!!!!!!!!! I need out of this contract!
