Wanting to get FIOS service in the North Corona / Rego Park area in Queens NY

Hello,

I live in a very large apartment complex (5000+ units) in the North Corona / Rego Park area of Queens county in New York City and we do not have FIOS service here. I would think with having that many apartments in a 3 block radius alone would get Verizon FIOS service here. Does anyone know how the tenants here can get the process going as to how to get FIOS service this area? Any help would be appreciated.
