I was a fios customer, am still a wireless one. I log into my account, and click residential, and "view plans" but I get an error message about contact business office. Them and "jessica" online tell me I have to create a totally new login, and that I either need to have a new credit check (not going to happen since I am refinancing my mortgage), or give them a deposit (even though I have been a customer for 10+ years).
They REALLY do not want people to come back, do they?
