We have recently discovered that the main water pipe leading from the road to our house has been leaking for some time. When we called the plumber to come and repair it, they discovered a small hole drilled in the pipe and the Verizon FIOS cable running directly across it. I need to know who to contact about filing a damage claim with FIOS. It was suggested to me to submit to small claims court, but I would like to attempt to work this out with Verizon first. I have been unable to find a contact number. The one I found listed in previous threads does not appear to currently be in service.
