Website Sucks as does the long waits to reach tech support

OMG - as a new customer - switching from Optimum to Verizon I am utterly disappointed - Holy Cow, is Verizon's website garbage. Its slow and nearly every click results in an "Oops" error message. Been spending to long trying to set up an additional email account. I would have thought Verizon would have their website running perfectly, tis not the case. Maybe later I will waste 30 plus minutes waiting on the phone for technical support.
What a joke - not at ALL impressed with Verizon.
