Like my 24 month contract ending this month and on Verzion home page under shop services for existing or new , Isince I am exsiting cistomer there is section clear as day sastates my triple play base cost and what I get in very brife detail . and it says if you wish to renew your current triple play and lock in this price for 24 moths click box below, it is as simple as that. Yet when I call to make sure that the final cost will after taxes an assume this lock in box will renew my current discounts etc. The reps who are cust ser specialist are not sure and claim they are unable to see my info which is on there own Verzion web page very frustrating, Nor do they answer does it mean as it says click box to continue lock in my low rate triple play pakg for another 2 yrs, All they want to do is  inflate my service  with premium shows etc which I dont want, all I want is to keep what I have and contune to pay what I have been monthly, And cant get answer if the click on mox to lock in my pcurrent pakg for another 2 yrs,

Also I see even lower triple play budles for new customers and assume existing $49.00 Totld call Retention Dept they will help you out renew plans, Some r rude and spoke with 3 diffrerent reps in this retention dept AKA loryal dept . and got 3 very different prices for my current plan. That's sad, I like to know is there a Upper management e mail address for Verzion Cust ser, management I can write to about my upsetting experinces?

I think I'm done with Verizon.  The price keeps going up and up... and this latest jump is pushing my decision to research other options.

 

I might keep the internet for the speed, but the "bundle" is just getting too expensive when there's several cheaper alternatives out there.

I agree with you 100 % the buddles keep going way up  GREED! I AM DONE with Verizion  and there outragious price plans cost more then my car insurance for 12 months Triple play cable barely above basic no premium chanels, lot of commericals , phone that I hardly use since have cell ph , & internet 25mbps/25 and they want what they call a special get in on it now whiule last. ITS all secerts, Bootom line they dont want to roll over any og my current $50.00 in discounts had for past 6 yrs same service price went up like $5.00 on renewal each time be 24 month renew or as in 1 st yr 1 yr, but after that 2 yr renewal each time and discounts always in the $50's .. This current nearing end of my contract nthey call good deals NO discounts and want  to raise my price plan by $45.00 more then current . I can assure you there are otheer complany out there offering good lower prices then {please keep your posts courteous} I spoken with 2 companys and for like 50 channels that I dont watch on Verizion less, I will get cable , wi-fi internet , and hm ph for like $2.00 less then I been paying these Verizion {please keep your posts courteous}. I AM NOT RENWING and will advised them so via phone live talk soon as I  finalize my plans with there compertion and make arragenebts on what day they can  install there equiptment, when I have that i9nfo and all confirmed price is the truce fulol total as been told befor. ..., Then I will as we near to the end of this month . I will make the call Good bye and good riddens to Verizon fios. Greedy Thives. perhaps any cusstomers out there that got screwed over by Verizion triple play or just in general. {please keep it relevant}. they verizion it was published ion tv and on interntet wronging over charging there own customers fined $40,000.000 by US surpreme court on for ripping off there own customers on 2  occassions . nice company hun?   Good luck with swtching . if you  shop around you will find serve provider and pay less then what this greeedy company wants. there should be cap on all pay for tv, internet and phone, there all getting out of control and US Goverment should do like a roll back and then a cap of what max increase can be every 1 or 2 yr on renewal.!!
