This Morning i am woke up at 8:30 by a call from Verizon. They want me to call their office
Well first off the Office is NOT open
Second IOf they wanted to speak to me Why not have a actual person call and speak to me instead of this message crap so that i now have to GUESS when they will be in office as well as sit through al lthe on hold mess to speak to them.
What ever happened to actual Customer Service.....
What was the call regarding? If it's a technical issue for an internet, landline phone, or video account, tech support is available 24/7. If it's a Billing/Customer Service issue, then that would depend on specifically what department you are trying to reach, but most areas have a billing call center available from 8-5 at least.
