Verizon is a horrible company and their customer service sucks. I signed up for internet, phone and tv. Maybe it’s where I live but the internet didn’t work well at all. I called to troubleshoot the problem with IT it still didn’t work and I wasn’t interested in buying more equipment for their **bleep** service. The tv service was outdated and horrible as well. I cancel the service after 7 days but these cable crooks charged me over $266. I am outraged and disheartened. This company sucks **bleep**. I spoke to about 11 customer service representatives. They all lied and the final one was extremely rude. This is a terrible company.
