I had yahoo messenger set up, prior to down loading verizon high speed, with names and address'. Then I downloaded Verizon High speed internet.and I lost all my address', messages when verizon merged with yahoo.I would love to have my messages.
How can I recover what I lost? I was on line for over and hour with the verizon techts. I was told that the problem was yahoo's. Even given a number to call (long distance, no 800 number???) There seems to be a glich in the system or bad programing that caused this problem. Instead of merging it took over starting a new messenger from scrach..
Any one else have this happen to them? If so what did you do to correct it?
