You tube using Media Manager stops midway

Hi - I am facing two issues with media manager -

a) When I run a you tube movie, it stops after some 20 minutes saying 'media manager cannot play this'.

b) forward and rewind does not work for youtube videos.

Due to the above, I can never watch anything longer than 15-20 minutes.

Kindly suggest a resolution.

is your media manager the latest and greatest?  you may want to try to upgrade it,  I heard of issues with the older media managers

anks. Unfortunately, yes. i have the latest media player 9.5.67 . I also tried it on the faster desktop computer, but no change; it continues to stop midway with a message 'that media player cannot play this video',
