Hello

I have an issue, my street and neighbors are all connected to the Verizon Fios network.  However my address is NOT in the Verizon address available database (according to the verizon sale dept).  I need my address added to this Database so I can order services. HELP!  I tried calling 1-800-837-4966 and asked for the Engineering Dept, however nobody ever answers.  I waited over an hour listening to music on hold.
