auto pay did not work

Hi 

My bill is due on 7th April (my frist month with Verizon). I have enrolled my checking acocunt to Auto Pay.

I have recieved confirmation email form verizon about this saying no further action is needed.

However, i found out my bill is still unpaid this monring.(Glad i checked).

I now paid it manually. Do i have to pay this manually every time? Am i missing something here or is this a glitch in verizon billing system?

I could not get the contact number off the support page. Kept returning me to billing page.

Must be safari related. Got it now through chrome.

Managed to speak to verizon support, All sorted.

Answer to my question incase any else had this issue,

If autopay is enabled mid monthly billing cycle, the immediate bill does not get picked up by auto pay.

Auto pay will howvere work from the next billing cycle.
