bad service

my voice mail has not worked for three weeks.  also, my phone number is forwarded for not reason. it's been forwarded to act as if it is an advertisement for verizon, and now it is being forwarded to a number that verizon claims it cannot track.  this is the worst company ever.  and they are doing nothing to fix things. they claim that the software for the voice mail has not worked for weeks and they have to get the stuff fixed in virginia.  i am in new york.  as for the forwarding of the calls, i think that is outrageous.  they have no idea what they are doing.  i am spending hours trying to straighten things out.  i think verizon should pay me for all the aggravation that it is causing.
