can someone in Massachusetts tell me what additional fees and charges there are for TV and Internet?

I know what I would be paying as base rate for a given bundle but I've heard horror stories about as much as $18 being added to the bill in terms of taxes "recovery" fees and the like.  Does any MA resident have a bundle with just internet and Fios TV who would be willing to let me know about how much they pay in these additional charges.
