What is the problem with the deactivate link? Every time to try to do it is says "deactivate link failed try later". I think we are being forced to use both services together.

If you go into My Account under Profile ,there is a prompt that says you can deactivate the link between vz central and managing your account with the same sign in. Like I said when you click on deactivate link you get the error message, deactivate link failed try later,. We are being forced to use both at once.

Verizon is migrating to a single sign in. Like it or not, you may not be able to deactivate any links between accounts. I don't like it and my accounts have all migrated to my verizon.net login. That is just my opinion some like it some don't. I don't.
