first contract about to expire - new options
TKFEnterprises

My contract is about to expire in September.  Are there packages available for existing customers?  If so, where can I find them?

There is a verizon booth in the mall near me,but I would like to know my options before I go to renew.

Right now I have $90 a month for all three services (including HD) and free DVR.  Is there anything close to this right now?

Thanks

Sadly all bundles prices went up.  If you have you account registered online you can go to Bundles > Fios Bundles and then check the new ones.

When you agreed to the one year agreement did you not have a two year price guarantee? When they cut my two year deal back to one year and bumped my 15 up to 20mbps, I was told there would be a two year price guarentee. They still advertise the two year deal and a one year agreement. Well lets see. I was told I would be contacted before my current agreement expires in November.

I was told the complete oppopsite at the verizon booth.  He said our pricing was done in September and that I needed to select another more current package.  I asked him what would have happened if we did not stop in and renew and he said that all three services would be billed separately and that it would cost a lot more.

I do have a new question about this.  We signed up for the $119 per month triple bundle and I asked him if we would get all he channels we have now.  I specifically asked about Mav and versus as my family likes the bull riding and motocross and these two channels have both of these.

He said both of these were in the new HD extreme package, but when I look at the channel line up for this package,I see VS but no Mav.

Is Mav included with my new package or do I need to get an additional package?  If I need to get an additional package, I am going to go back to the booth and see why I was told that I would get all the same channels.

Thanks

How could it be a two year price guarantee if they tell you you can not keep the same package for an additional year at the same price? Now if you have had the package for two years, that is a different story. They would need to give you the new package that contained the same or better features. Do the guys at the booth work on commision?

Regarding the channel line up, the only area I have heard about issues with not having all the sports included in the package, was NewYork. Which was cheaper when Extreme came out so the sports was not thrown in. I would call and ask.
