I neecd some assistance with my wireless connection on my 7500 wireless gateway. when i try to connect to it via wireless it fails EVERYTIME. what is the issue?
Hello mhilinski...we do have a great website that gives you some step by step instructions on how to set up your wireless network with our Versalink 7500. http://www22.verizon.com/ResidentialHelp/HighSpeed/Networking/SetUp/VersaLink7500/121835.htm You may need to sign in to the site using your Verizon user name and password.
We also offer a free new service called IN-Home Agent. Which can troubleshoot your specific service and
add computers to your wireless network, set up email services, troubleshoot connectivity problems, manage your FiOS router, set up WEP & WPA security on your router, optimize network performance
