After countless unsuccessful attempts to redeem the promised gift card online, I have come to the conclusion that Verizon is either completely incompetent at setting up a working website (this is a "technology company"!?) or the gift card is not intended to ever be redeemed. The chat feature is useless -- the autoresponder always sends me to an unrelated "rewards" offer website, and choosing an option other than rewards leads to a "busy - try later" response. This process should not be so difficult -- I should not need to wait to speak to a representative to obtain something that should be automatically sent. Why is there no email address for customer support ?????
