I had some internet rouble and tried using verizon in-home agent and keep getting the message" not available at this time". Whats going on ? I had to sit on the phone on hold for 1.5 hrs to get an agent to fix my DSL. Anyone know when this is going to get fixed?
With that long of a hold time there might have been an area issue going on which may have prevented the in home agent from functioning properly. Now that its 2 days later are you still having this trouble?
