after 3 phone calls
waiting for hours for a human to talk too
after promises to fix the bill
Veriozn have failed time and time again
I dont know what to do than just call in and cancel the service.
Never in my life I have seen this bad level of service, agent forget to update bill, agents forget to handle credit, verizon charges just dont make sense.

File a complaint with your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission via a google search. Additionally you can send verizon billing a written dispute with a certified return receipt requested letter. In writing they have to reply in same.
