Every time I call tech support I am on hold for atleast 45 min. Often once they answer I end up being disconnected and have to dtart from scrach.
Tonight I tried to set up a radius server to authorize wpa2 as per verizions email suggested today.
The radius server does not as it should and after 3 hours and two disconnects I am no further along than I was.

You have some a Radius server or some Radius service? Very few people do and those either have knowledge of how to use one or and admin for the radius server to contact. As far as I know Verizon does not offer Radius service. The recent emails they have sent at are about setting up WPA2 with a personal key.

How to get to your VZ Router
User Name: admin (is the default) or YOURS IF YOU HAVE CHANGED IT
Password: Enter the password that is printed next to “Default Password” on the label attached to the bottom of your FIOS Router..or YOURS IF YOU HAVE CHANGED IT
Now you are at the main menu for your router
EXPLORE ALL BEFORE CHANGING ANYTHING
THEN GOT TO Wireless Settings if you want to set up WPA2
Advanced Security Settings
Custom Pre-Shared Key….MINE IS 20 CHARACTERS ALPHA NUMERIC ASCII
SUGGEST YOU RECORD ANY CHANGES THAT YOU MAKE
