It happens again and again that Verizon internet service slows down or stops.  In these cases,

it would be nice to notify the customers that the company is aware of the problem and is working on it, and

not have us spend more than half hour on the phone in order to find out that

this is the case.  Hundreds of other customers who are calling are treated

similarly.  It does not seem that Verizon values our time.
