I received the email to redeem my amazon prime membership and echo but the link to redeem them is not there when I log in. I have chatted several times and spoke to customer service but no one has been able to help me. It is time to renew my amazon prime membership and I do not want to have to pay for it when I am supposed to get this bonus. Is there anyone who can help?
