on line support service stinks

I spent hours trying to get the service back up.  I paid at 1035 am it sis 6 pm. I spent several sessions on line having to reenetr the same inof. I have a conf number, I paid, etc.  Only to get the re eneter the money  comment.  It is Verizons fault I paid you confirmed now get my service all back I have web but not phone and tv.  I am thinking I may just dump the phone and TV over to cable again.  Their TV menus are better and they have more movies.  This last one just exited me after saying pay again.  Well I jsut did. If I get double debited I am taking Verizon to small claims.  I spent the better part oof theh day going in circles. I used the on line becasue phone is out....
