poor service to the max

If Verizon weren't a monopoly it would be out of business!!!  NO company can make a service appointment, call 3 times at 3:30 AM about it, sent about 10 texts saying they will be there, NEVER show up or call and when you can only RESCHEDULE the MISSED appointment because that is all their **bleep**-backward system will let you do (FORGET trying to email, chat or god forbid talk to anyone) they don't let you reschedule it for TWO WEEKS OUT!!!!!!  What the hell!!!!   You people are unbelievable

We do understand the frustration and value your time. The recent storms along the east coast has caused a lot issues that we are currently working through to restore service to our customers. Our technicians will be resolving all our customers issues a quickly and safely as possible.
