pressure to bundle.....then absolutely no support

On-line agents, phone agents as well insisted that we bundle when we checked to upgrade internet from dsl to high speed. We did, yet no one gave us the details as to how to access our voice mail nor how to set up call forwarding, etc. No one said a thing nor did they send us anythng (directions). They got their money and left us in the lerch. So disappointed with the whole process which took hours and then a problem was found with the voice mail after WE called forelp. Now there is a work order in. Still can't get our voice mail in our phone from 2 weeks ago.
