I've been researching the last couple of days on changes to plan now that my new customer promotions were up. Today I looked and there was a promotion for a free chromebook wtih a 2 year contract extension. After I "ordered" the contract extension the confirmation page switched from the chromebook I selected, to a chromecast I don't need. When I reached out to an agent on the site, he said it must be an error because there is no chromebook offer. Was ultra helpful and came back asking if I would like the number to cancel my service. Will be checking xfinity options shortly.
