How do I get them to let me return a digital adapter? They tell me there is a computer glitich and they can't process my request until they clear a previous order, which I know nothing about. I talked to three reps and all three said they would call me back. Never happened. Until they stop stalling I have to pay for equipment I don't need. You'd think they could be more helpful considering I pay about $275 month for triple play, HD, desk top boxes, etc. I hope you can help.
