I renewed my contract in late Nov. (a BIG mistake) and was given a credit of $200 for a google product. In December I received an e-mail that said my credit will expire on March 17, 2019. Today I received another e-mail that says my credit expires today! Two telephone reps say the email with the expiration date was a mistake and the offer can't be extended. If I choose I can just let the offer expire. I want the date I was Promised or a credit. I'm tired of paying for Verizon's mistakes and they should take responsibility for their own .
