There is at least 10+ complaints about the email issue that has been an issue for over two weeks now. Accessing web mail is going back to wireless site.
Yet there isn't a fix, and all the moderator keeps passing is the link below:

I have a full list of issues that a specialist from verizon called me back. I won't share his name but I'm a new customer and expected things to be better as verizon sells them to be.
The on demand from verizon hasn't been updated in several months. Even verizon's specialst was under the impression that the carrier's like HBO, etc update on demand. This is clearly the job of verizon which they have failed beyond words.
I can go down the list of shows that are not on verizon's on demand. Why?
They have become better this year. I guess it is a step in the right direction, but it has to be better.
There fios gateway, (best product they have won't let me block ip v6 going outbound) I have been round and round with them and no solution. There suppose to be a new flash for it.
I have premium service and I expect that. I pay $225+ a month for your best video package along with phone and 75/75 fios. But I'll say, I've been very disapointed.
Verizon needs to start listening to their customers. But those who are paying high premiums have more services that are affected.
I had the same problem. When I called I got someone with a very strong accent and could barly understand them. They asked to take controll of my computer. Which I gave them. After about 2 hours the problem did get fixed with my e-mail. But now I have a bigger problem to deal with. As a result of this issue and allowing this person access to my computer, someone signed up for every Governtment Agency Newsletter from my verizon e-mail address. I was away for work last week and came back to over 1,000 e-mails in my account. Thank God I went though them all - in the middle of this mess I found that my Paypal account was accessed and there were two tranfsers out of my checking account for over 1,600 to be send to someone in Cypress. Now I have to close my checking account and deal with the mess this has created. I can almost say this goes back to the whole issue with my e-mail and having someone access my computer and account to get this corrected.
Bottom line - watch who you let deal with your issues from verizon. From now on I am going to use my late husband's dealings with this - "Give me someone who speaks English and is from the United States"!!!!
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.
Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.
To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
