I'm renting a new apartment.
I was told by the apartment that verizon FiOS is available, however when I enter the address here
https://www22.verizon.com/FORYOURHOME/GOFLOW/NationalBundles/BundleQualify.aspx
It says "we are having trouble locationg your address..." I tried various way to format the address with the same error.
I also tried using my current address, which I know for sure I can get FiOS, and it also gives the same error.
I tried using the page for internet only, which has a different address form. Unfortunately it resulted in the same error.
Funny, when I click on movearoo.com link provided by verzion as an alternative, it accepted the address and offered me verizon's FiOS (albeit at a higher price).
What do I have to do to get verizon service? The Chat help tells me to call the local verizon office, which is not available (weekend).

Verizon is the name for the old General Telephone Company. The name was changed because of too many lawsuits, I think.
FIOS - my sister just went through major headaches with the people. It took two months to get the service properly installed.
