@vtext.com Support

Message 1 of 2
(204 Views)

I run a web application for EMT's which sends emails to @vtext.com in order to message user phones. We've been doing this for 15 years without issue, but we're suddenly seeing a majority messages rejected by Verizon's servers ("Too many recipients." or "requested action aborted: try again later"). I need help determining how to resolve the issue.

I can't find an email address for anyone at Verizon, can someone at least provide an appropriate contact?

Thanks!

This is the fios Internet forums. Try 1-800-922-0204 for the wireless division.

they are vtext.com

you can also post your concern at twitter under verizon support or post to the link below http://community.verizonwireless.com and they can assist.
